Scientists used Micro Magnetics' TMR sensors to develop a 2-dimensional scanning magnetic microscope Fall River, MA - September 26, 2016 - Scientists from Fraunhofer Institute for
Microstructure of Materials and Systems IMWS, Halle, Germany recently constructed a 2-dimensional
scanning magnetic field microscope using Micro Magnetics' TMR sensors and electronics, and carried
out qualitative and quantitative analysis on semiconductor samples. Two types of sensors were used in the experiments,
STJ-020
and STJ-220.
