Micro Magnetics announces SpinTJ magnetic field sensors featuring 180% magnetoresistance
Micro Magnetics today announces a series of new product offerings featuring low-field sensors with 180% magnetoresistance. These sensors feature magnetic tunnel junction devices which incorporate cutting-edge magnesium oxide barrier technology.
This milestone represents a six-fold increase in sensitivity and voltage response from our current SpinTJ products and will enable a new generation of low-field sensing applications. We are the first company to offer low-field sensors with magnetoresistance values in excess of 100%, an important milestone in magnetic sensing.
Each of our current SpinTJ products will have a new high-sensitivity counterpart. Product specifications for this new family of sensors will be available online by next month, but we are already offering these devices for sale for custom applications.
